We all know, food has memory, I think, creating a n app that converts donations(Dai) to points, then the app will have an algorithm that checks the most quarantined persons. Using Google Apis, then the donator. Can send the points to those in quarantine, after sending.. One can convert back to usd and help themselves.

Smart contract that automatically rewards people who keep quarantine? Possible data source: phone GPS stays within a tight radius but periodic captchas to complete to make sure it is on a person.

Simple, but Radical idea - Use DeFi to offer under-collateralised loans to everyone. Offer help now, get paid in the future.

As an update to the hackathon idea I proposed: was thinking of using the Scatter dev tools to integrate a wallet and also use Tokenwrap to provide NFTs . This comes as a way to stimulate people to participate in the app program and get rewarded for it. What do you think?

My idea for this hackathon is quite simple: given the below dataset, let us make an application that graphically shows on a map these free meal locations. Here is the dataset: https://qri.cloud/zhi/nycdoe_free_meals_for_all_locations
