Watson Research Center, and Dr. Manuel Garcia from UNICEF Innovation Unit, together with 30 world-class volunteer scientists from 8 countries in the world - in order to better understand what’s going on under the COVID-19 pandemic and secondary impacts on our society including mobility, health, education, job, education, online behaviors in a quantitative manner by applying various artificial intelligence techniques on both public open data and also commercial private data set.. Our analytics reports will be published on our web sites, and partially published in weekly UNICEF situation reports so that decision makers in local or country-level governments can decide based on our analytical results.
