Join us as we introduce Casper Network's sophomore hackathon Ready Player Casper! The Casper Association has partnered with Gitcoin to provide bounties for Web3 developers creating games on Casper. At Casper Association, we value our hardworking community and want to provide opportunities for you to build something great! Therefore, we are offering participating builders a diverse range of prizes and potential funding opportunities. This hackathon is open to developers of all skill levels and nationalities.

Ready Player Casper

The purpose of this hackathon is to challenge developers to create fun and interactive games that operate using smart contracts on Casper. There are many bounties and three different difficulty levels, for which any team or individual may attempt. The Casper Association will be guiding the teams participating via Discord and hosting workshops.

Challenge Tiers

1. Beginner: Small tasks for beginners or Web2 developers learning about the Casper Network.
2. Intermediate: More advanced projects, yet still not especially resource-intensive.
3. Advanced: Full-fledged game development on Casper.

Prizes

• There will be $100,000 in prizes and potential funding opportunities for winners!
• The more difficult the tier the larger the prize.
• There will be a $2.5k Judge’s Choice Award to the judges’ favorite project.

Timeline

• Ready Player Casper will commence on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, at 05:00 AM UTC.
• All projects must be submitted by April 15th, 2022, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• The project judging will take two weeks, and prizes will be dispersed by April 31st, 2022.

캐스퍼네트워크의 해커톤 “레디 플레이어 캐스퍼”를 소개합니다. Casper Association은 깃코인과 함께 캐스퍼기반 게임을 개발하는 웹3개발자들에게 상금을 제공하기로 했습니다. Casper Association은 열심인 커뮤니티 구성원들을 존중하며 엄청난 Project를 개발할 기회를 제공하고자 합니다! 그리고 보상과 함께 잠재적 펀딩 기회또한 함께 제공합니다. 이 해커톤은 국적불문 다양한 실력대의 개발자 모두가 참가 가능합니다.

레디 플레이어 캐스퍼

본 해커톤은 개발자들이 캐스퍼기반의 스마트컨트랙트로 운영되는 재밌는 게임을 만드는 도전을 하는 해커톤입니다. 다양한 보상과 함께 세 가지 난이도가 존재하며, 개인 및 단체 누구나 도전 가능합니다. Casper Association은 디스코드를 통해 본 해커톤에 대한 안내와 더불어 워크샵 개최도 할 예정입니다.

종류 및 상금

1. 초급: 웹2 개발자들에게 캐스퍼 네트워크에 대해 학습 기회 제공, 개발 초심자들용의 작은 과제
2. 중급: 자원집약적이지 않은 복잡한 프로젝트
3. 고급: 본격적인 캐스퍼 기반 게임개발

• 모든 프로젝트들은 2022년 4월 16일 8시 59분(한국시간) 까지 제출되어야 합니다
• 프로젝트들은 2주간 심사되며 보상은 4월 31일에 분배될 예정입니다
