Looking to fund some work? You can submit a new Funded Issue here.
## Before you `start work`
Please read our contribution [guidelines](https://docs.marketprotocol.io/#contributing) and if there is a bounty involved please also see [here](https://docs.marketprotocol.io/#gitcoin-and-bounties)
If you have ongoing work from other bounties with us where funding has not been released, please do not pick up a new issue. We would like to involve as many contributors as possible and parallelize the work flow as much as possible.
Please make sure to comment in the issue here immediately after starting work so we know your plans for implementation and a timeline.
Please also note that in order for work to be accepted, all code must be accompanied by test cases as well.
### User Story
As a dev I want to be able to easily run tests in the local truffle environment as well as import the npm pacakage to be used in the `dApp` without any issues or warnings.
### Why Is this Needed?
*Summary*: easy workflow across environments.
### Current Behavior
When importing `@marketprotocol/marketjs` into the dApp, it fails to compile with
the below output.
> Failed to compile.
> Module not found: Can't resolve '../build/contracts/MarketCollateralPoolFactory.json' in '/home/pelsasser/dApp/node_modules/@marketprotocol/marketjs/dist'
the `fix/artifacts-issues` branch in this repo solves this issue, but in a very ugly and hacky implementation.
### Expected Behavior
No warnings or errors and the ability to run locally with artifacts imported from the build directory or from the npm `abis` package when running as an imported package.
see the `email@example.com` branch in the dApp and `npm run start:rinkeby`
*Summary*: Cleaner imports / require statements across environments than the implementation found here https://github.com/MARKETProtocol/MARKET.js/blob/fix/artifacts-issues/src/artifacts.ts
### Definition of Done
- [ ] fix artifacts.ts with elegant solution that works locally with test environment and when importing the npm package
### Bounty hunters - please provide your proposed solution and a timeline for the implementation in order to be approved.
