### User Story
[comment]: # (As a , I want to so that .)
As a user I want to navigate to different blog posts without reloading the entire page.
### Why Is this Needed?
[comment]: # (Describe the problem and why this task is needed. Provide description of the current state, what you would like to happen, and what actually happen)
Go to `/blog` page and click on any blog post. Notice that the entire page reloads, this is because the blog posts uses `a href` tags to navigate. Instead, use `react-static` `` component to redirect. This avoids the page refresh.
Using `Link` component will break the test cases. So please update accordingly.
