**TLDR:** I am trying to wire up (Link) two components (Ports) in my application, but I can't get it right. This issue is for solving this.
I implemented a crude way of connecting the ports by sequentially clicking an input and an output port. The background logic for this is all implemented, but the UI not really. The current inplementation (a) doesn't update on position change (b) doesn't get the begin and endpoint right and (c) violates all possible design considerations of React and Redux.
It is up to you how to solve this, but it's important that it is done 'the React way.' You may need to explicitly add a port position in the `Port` component and model but I'm open to better suggestions.
The relevant component code can be found in `/app/porcupine/js/components/link.js` and this Link is being created in `.../port.js`.
*Important:* The current implementation can be found in the `dev` branch, NOT in the `master`.
Creating a link is rather inconvenient right now. After this issue is done, I will post a new bounty for this: to drag a link from one port to the other. If you feel like implementing that here, I'll double the current bounty with a Gitcoin tip 🙂
