Currently when you run `make update` it will build a new image before stopping the container and running a new container with the new image.
However the image built doesn't reflect the latest changes. If a previous image was pulled from Github on branch `master`, Docker will cache these changes and doesn't update them when running `make update`
Yet if we run the command `make update BRANCH=v0.7.x` which has the state of changes of the `master` branch, it will build a new image.
Need to fix it in order to detect new changes and `make update` reflects them even using the same branch as previously deployed
