The marketcap website in this repository should be improved in several areas. It is getting its data from an API we host, a mockup API return value can be found here: https://api.diadata.org/v1/coins
The images are also collected from our API, for example from https://api.diadata.org/v1/chart/BTC
It is intended that we supply more rows for the table (at least 20 in the near future), so keep that in mind. Ideally, the table is dynamic and shows whatever data the API returns.
The detailed tasks included in this issue are:
1. Sortable tables: Clicking on a table header sorts the table according to this column.
2. Responsive Design: Ensure that mobile and desktop devices have a good viewing experience.
3. Detail pages: The Coin/Token name should be a link which leads to a detail site that is structured like this: https://openmarketcap.com/tokens/btc
Price information and a graph over the last time should be displayed, too. For graphs you can use a line chart from chart.js or time-series from plot.ly.
3.1 Methodology section: Directly below the price should be a link labeled "Methodology" that links to a to be determined external site.
3.2 Data sources for trade information: As in the openmarketcap detail site, we are interested in a list of last trades and trade sources. These can be explored in our API, the URL will be available in private communication.
3.3 The section "Compare across price trackers" is not needed at the moment.
