Earlier Solidity versions allowed you to create constructors for contracts by declaring a function with the same name as the contract (case-sensitive). This is now deprecated and the recommended way is to use the `constructor()` function as seen below.
This rule takes no configuration options but should provide a `fix()` function. Default severity is **error** .
