Embark supports special solidity imports as outlined in the documentation [here](https://embark.status.im/docs/contracts_imports.html).
The goal of this task is to support solidity file imports with Swarm URIs just like it's currently support for HTTP and git, for e.g
### Acceptance Criteria
* It should support any valid Swarm URI
* it should not use an external webservice, it should be able to access the file using swarm directly (e.g through the configured swarm node and/or a lib like web3.js or swarm-js)
* If the imported sol file, has other imports, those should automatically be taken care of (existing behaviour for current http imports)
