The goal of this task is to support interacting with ENS in the embark console (in `embark run` or `embark console`. A lot of the functionality is *already* supported in embark so this task would involve mostly registering particular commands using the embark api and interacting with ENS through the *existing* functionality (not re-implementing interactions with ENS)
### Expected Implementation
### Acceptance Criteria
*in the embark console:
** `embark resolve ` will return the ethereum address (e.g `ens resolve ethereum.eth`)
** `embark lookup ` will return the ens address (e.g `ens lookup 0xfb6916095ca1df60bb79ce92ce3ea74c37c5d359`)
** `embark register ` will register the address (equivalent to [EmbarkJS.Names.registerSubDomain](https://github.com/embark-framework/embark/blob/develop/lib/modules/ens/embarkjs.js#L229))
