The goal of this task is to send a websocket message to the loading page when an error occurs with the building process and display an error message in the webpage..
#### Steps to reproduce
1. embark demo
2. cd embark_demo
3. edit config/contracts.js and empty the contracts params, i.e:
4. embark run
browser will open saying "embark is building", however because there will be an error due to lack of params for the contract, the the building page remains as it tis.
If there is an error with the building process, the "embark is building.." page should instead display "error building dapp, please check console"
* the loading page already has a websocket connection and receives a 'outputDone' event from embark when the building process is ready. this should be a matter of sending a `outputError` event and changing the loading page code to display an error warning instead.
