**Describe the bug**
Node process takes almost 100 % of the scheduling time of one core. Unusable to run on my laptop (fan starts spinning relentlessly) unless I tweak the scheduler in OS with setting nice or force sending signals SIGSTOP & SIGCONT with cpulimit. Harmony also uses 204 threads.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Simple install using your [node.sh](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/harmony-one/harmony/master/scripts/node.sh) shell script in environment similar to described in environment section.
2. Wait ~5 minutes.
2. Use top/htop to see cpu time.
Harmony launches **204 threads**, is that ok?
$ ps -p $(pgrep harmony) -o pid,nlwp,comm
PID NLWP COMMAND
24247 204 harmony
For comparision how high Harmony cpu usage is and thread count:

Only change is stopping nkn and launching harmony and waiting a few minutes.
