**Describe the bug (required)**
Reporting on behalf of a delegator who emailed me the bug...
> In Toshi, there’s a UI issue with the pop-up floating prompt on the delegator page (in the livepeer explorer) when trying to claim earnings. Although it’s simple to drag the bar across and pick how many rounds of earnings you wish to claim, the “cancel” and “submit” buttons are non-responsive to touch. The underlying page feels my touch when I try to press either button, but the cancel and submit buttons on the floating window do not register my touch (they did after quite some time last week, but I haven’t been able to get them to work in the last 48 hrs).
**Expected behavior (required)**
Expect the submit and cancel button to be responsive to touch and to invoke the transaction.
**To Reproduce (required)**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Stake token toward a transcoder.
2. Wait 1 round
3. Visit your account's /delegating page
4. Claim your stake and fees
5. Move the slider to claim the maximum amount of rounds.
6. Attempt to click "submit"
