**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Is is not possible to sign an arbitrary piece of data with an `secp256k1` private key. This a problem when trying to add a private key as there is now reliable way to determine the key other than to sign and verify.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement `Sign(message byte) (signature byte, err error)` error on `secp256k1.PrivateKey`.
