Really, I want to be able to vote with my Ledger wallet. We used to have a button for this: https://github.com/status-im/snt-voting/pull/4 but now, when I navigate to vote.status.im in my web browser, I just get told to please `Connect to Mainnet`.
I think we should change the request provider flow, and only request it when the user goes into a given, open poll. This way we can show the initial screen to everyone, and include that old `Connect with my Ledger` button so that those with hardware wallets can easily take part in any given vote.
