Running a grants program is hard (we should know). This EthCC, we’re giving you the knowledge and tools to fill in the blanks. Engage with leading experts and peers from Gitcoin, Hats, Metagov and more through breakout sessions, each focusing on key elements of the newly launched Grants Program Canvas, to equip yourself with the skills and insights necessary to drive meaningful impact through your grants program. 

There will be 4 Content Tracks mapped to the Grants Program Canvas:

1. ​Define: Establish the foundations for success. ​Learn to set clear goals, align your program’s mission, and create accountability mechanisms for impactful grants. 
2. ​Design: ​Discover best practices for designing effective grants programs. Explore funding mechanisms and set strong eligibility criteria.
3. ​Execute: ​Master the execution of grants programs, from managing applications to disbursements. Learn how to balance passion and profit for sustainable growth.
4. ​Learn: ​Enhance impact measurement and reporting. Learn from real-world examples to refine and improve your grants program continuously.

Printed copies of our Grants Program Design playbook, our NEW comprehensive toolkit that pairs with the Grants Canvas, will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to come on time and stay for the full day of programming!

5:15 - 6:00 PM: Closing remarks, merch distribution and vibes
